February 25 - 27, 2013 Development of Transgenic Animal Models Using Zinc Finger Nucleases
EMBL Advanced Course. The workshop will primarily educate researchers on the key aspects of using ZFNs for creating transgenic animal models by embryo injection. We will also discuss how ZFNs have been utilised to increase the efficiency of pre-existing methods for transgenics, including the use of mouse embryonic stem cells as well as somatic cells nuclear transfer for the creation of transgenic large animals.
